Special offer terms

4.1.
The offers are organised and the services provided by SIA “ROYAL DENT”, registration number 40203129158. Services are provided at the RoyalDent clinic at Piestātnes iela 11A, Jūrmala, Latvia.
4.2.
A booking request through the website or WhatsApp is a request to arrange a visit. The date and time of the appointment are confirmed by the clinic.
4.3.
Before paid services are provided, the patient is informed of their scope, cost and payment arrangements. Where a discount applies, the patient is informed of the price before the discount and the final amount payable.
4.4.
The 15% Jūrmala resident discount and the 10% Bring a Friend discount cannot be combined for the same service. If a patient qualifies for both, they choose one discount and inform the administrator when arranging the service.
4.5.
Participation in the offers does not replace informed consent to medical treatment or limit the patient’s statutory rights.
4.6.
The clinic processes information about participation in the offers in accordance with data protection law and its privacy policy. Participation itself does not constitute consent to marketing messages.
4.7.
The clinic does not disclose the friend’s diagnosis, treatment plan, service costs or other patient information to the referring patient without a lawful basis. Applying a discount does not authorise the disclosure of patient information to third parties.
